Is it safe to pay with my credit card on your website?

Yes! We use SSL to encrypt and authenticate the data sent through our site and use Stripe and PayPal for payment processing. What this means in plain English, is that the data you enter in our shopping cart is transmitted securely using trusted payment partners who handle all the sensitive stuff. We don't store your credit card data on our site.

Is my credit card data stored on your site?

None of your card details are stored on our website. Your sensitive details are handled by Stripe and PayPal, who have a long history of maintaining the highest security standards.

No. We do not do automatic recurring billing. We feel that forcing customers into a recurring billing model that often times takes advantage of forgetfulness isn't really an honest business practice. We realize that it can be a real pain to remember all your subscriptions, and so we opted to make Total Access a simple one-time buy. We are convinced that we'll make such great content that you'll come back for more on your own down the road and when the time is right. We will let you know when your plan is set to expire, so that you can opt-in to renew your membership if you choose to.

I see you have a Membership Plan now called Total Access, but can I still purchase single items with a lifetime license?

Sure! If you'd like to purchase single items from our store instead of purchasing the annual Total Access plan, you can do so. Simply click on the 'add to cart' button for the product(s) you wish to purchase and you can buy them individually. You will be granted a lifetime license (no subscription) for those products.

Yes! If you've purchased with us in the past, you automatically qualify for special upgrade pricing to Total Access.
