What is Total Access and how does it work?

Total Access is a membership plan that grants you access to our growing suite of audio plugins, expansions, control templates and sound packs. As a Total Access member, you will get 365 days of unlimited downloads at Twisted Tools, allowing you to download as much as you'd like for a year. At the end of the year, you can opt-in to renew for another year at a discount or simply wait it out until you're ready for another round.

What happens after my Total Access plan ends in a year?

At the end of a year, you will be invited to sign-up again for an additional year. If you choose not to continue, the products you've downloaded will continue to function normally and the license to use the products will continue to be active. So don't worry, we will not deactivate your license to use the products you've already added. You'll also be able to download whatever was the latest version at the time your plan expired, for as long as you need. That's pretty sweet.

However, when your plan ends, you will no longer be able to download new products or new updates released after the time when your plan expired and you will also lose your priority support, along with any other members only benefits.

What products are new in Total Access?

I already own a single product from Twisted Tools, do I have to give up my lifetime license when I upgrade to Total Access?

If you already own a single product (or products) from Twisted Tools, you get to keep the licenses you already own, even when you upgrade to Total Access. At the end of the year, if you decide not to renew, your lifetime licenses for those products will still be valid and you will continue to have access to updates for those products. In other words, if you owned a lifetime license for a single product, and then updated to Total Access, you can keep that product and its lifetime license forever, even if you choose not to renew Total Access.

I'm not interested in Total Access right now, can I just buy single products with normal lifetime licenses?

Yes. For the time being, you can continue to buy individual licenses for any product, which covers you for updates for the life of that product version. We think it's a much better deal to buy Total Access and get everything, but if you really want to buy a single product just like the old days, you can.

Is there an upgrade pricing?

Yes! We've tried to design a system that is fair and takes into account our most loyal fans and new customers alike. We have three types of upgrade pricing discounts: 1. New customer upgrades New customers who purchase a Twisted Tools product(s) after the initial launch of Total Access, worth a value of at least $99, will qualify for an upgrade to the Total Access membership. You can even keep that product and will continue to receive updates for it when your plan expires is over if you choose. 2. Existing customer upgrades

Customers who purchased Twisted Tools products before the launch of Total Access, will all automatically qualify for a discount if they simply log-in at the time of purchase.

3. Totally Twisted customer upgrades

Customers who purchased any version of Totally Twisted in the past will qualify for a special discount. Simply log-in to your account and add Total Access to the cart to see your discount applied.
